how local visa office process the files, once they receive the file

Please share your words that how do u think, visa office work once they receive our file. What are the steps?

This is for ND CHC
After they receive the docs they issue a AOR
After about 8 months you get PP request along with Meds, you get 45 days to submit the same
It takes 20-150 days to get the PP back

Before meds are issues Security check is completed, background checks continue till u get the decision made on your app
