hi
this past few months i found a company that was willing to sponsor me and give me a working permit as a cleaning supervisor. we went to all the steps and process but unfortunately it came back with a negative LMO because the immigration said that the position is not short listed so it should be given to immigrants/canadians.

now, i have seen another employer who's willing to sponsor me again to have a work permit as a cook/chef. as far as i know that those 2 jobs are in the 32 list of occupations needed in canada. so my question is how likely will i get a positive LMO on this application or it will still be the same as the previous LMO we tried to process that the immigration said it should be given to immigrants / canadians? please help me on this as my time is running out. i appreciate all your responses and thank you so much

Ryetams,

If you don't apply for it how would you know. I don't think anybody on the forum will be able to answer your question.

Maybe Leon, PMM, BCGUY or AlbertaGovernor can shed some light on this for you.
