Folks,
I plan to land in Ottawa (for PR landing) and the same time plan go for H1B renewal stamping at the Ottawa US consulate.  Just wondering if someone share their experience at the Ottawa US consulate ? Would AVR be a safe option to return to US when traveling via air ?
