does the request for additional document come by regular mail, registered mail or email? Please answer(new delhi is my vo)

Registered post generally....

NDVO is sending Med/RPRF/PCC requests by email (Recent development). And in couple of case the applicant has been contacted on phone before dispatching the Med/RPRF/PCC.
