Well brother .....I guess that depends on a lot of things....i am not into pharmacy but my wife is .....if you are in sales then i guess things will be different....if you are into R&D then it will be different....If you are into formulation then it should be different and if you are in on the counter pharmacist then it should be different.....there must be permits and licenses involved as well lets see my wife is going on with her finding....but she is into training so she has a wider scope i guess....comments from experience people will be really helpful

no matter if u r registered pharmacist in your country, u must undergo PEBC (Pharmacy Evaluation Board of Canada) document evaluation (the first step, that costs 530 CAD $). after having a successful evaluation of ur pharmacy documents (ur pharmacy degree and ur consolidated transcript), u must undertake PEBC equivalence exam (step 2 - costs 490 CAD $), after that u must qualify PEBC qualifying exam part 1 (MCQ based), followed by practical pharmacy training as pharmacy intern. After that U need to qualify PEBC qualifying exam part 2 (OSCE). After successful qualifications, u would be recognized as registered pharmacist in Canada. Now if u want to make ur career in hospital / retail or community side then u must qualify the jurisprudence exam of that particular province where u intend to live and work. But if u want to start job in industry, then u don't need that.
