That's a great video...but it got me to wondering...my husband and I didn't separate out our proof of relationship into his and hers.  I used folders, there was his application and assorted forms in one, and then his supporting documents in another, then my applications and forms in another, and all my supporting documents in another.  Then just folder upon folder of proof, a folder of receipts, and then at the end a folder that contained letters, including one from him, and me.

Watching this I am beginning to wonder if I should have done it differently.  At the time I thought it was quite clear, but now I am not so sure.

I just assumed that putting all the proofs together would be ok...in fact the shaded box on his questionnaire, we put all of that in the letter folder...I hope they find it.  I guess at this point there is nothing we can do...ugh.  I hate the second guessing.

But..that is a great video Roham.  Smiley

Don't worry! I don't think they care much in what order it is, as long as it has some organization. You sent yours in organized, so as long as all the papers are there, and you have enough proof you'll be fine Smiley

Awesome video Roham, looks very much like our package, down to the black clips Smiley We also used sticky tabs to show where everything was in each section.

The other thing we did differently was we included all of the relationship proof with the applicant section, so the two packets were "Sponsor's Application" and "Principal Applicant's & Supporting Documents".

I agree though, that the most important thing is to make it clear and organized, the details around how that's done aren't that big of a deal. I also learnt that every situation is different, so when compiling documents, don't get hung up on what someone else included, but rather think about what documents will show the best support for your specific situation.

Quick question, my app had barcode pages I put on top of the entire application. Is that right?

I left my bar codes in the order that they printed out, but now that I think about it, was it supposed to be on top?

Actually that was my original plan also, ""Sponsor's Application" and "Principal Applicant's & Supporting Documents"", but as I started to write my letter answering the final question for additional evidence to help prove our relationship is genuine and continuing it all of a sudden felt like a perfect spot to start throwing some more evidence in, hehe.
