Hi All,

Here http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/immigrate/skilled/apply-who-instructions.asp I found that I can apply for the Federal Skilled Worker immigration if I "have an offer of arranged employment". On the other hand I know that after I get an offer, the employer is required to apply to the Canadian government for permission to hire a foreigner (this is called labour market opinion). If the work permit is approved then the work permit is issued and sent to the foreigner in his home country. The foreigner then returns to Canada to enter the country as a temporary worker.

So, I am confused. It seams to me that after I got an offer I initiate two independent procedures. The first one is "consideration of my FSW application and another one is LMO concerning my offer". So as result I can have 4 different combination:
1. FSW application - positive, LMO - positive.
2. FSW application - positive, LMO - negative.
3. FSW application - negative, LMO - positive.
4. FSW application - negative, LMO - negative.

Or I get something wrong?
