How fast is Expedited?

Hi-

I'm wondering if anyone out there knows about the expedition process. I'm an American born of Canadian parents and am planning on applying for Canadian citizenship certificate. When I called the San Francisco Consulate, she told me that if I get my name is on a Canadian lease, it will expedite the application process. Has anyone else done this? Or does anyone know how long this will take?
