My wife and I recently sent items (forms, apps, and such) to CPC-M.

I know the usual response from asking how long until the sponsorship is approved is the average told to us on websites, but I noticed in this blog area that those who do get approved, or who are still in the last stages, it is much faster.

So I ask you all - when do you think my wife (sponsor) and I will get notice of:
Approval
AOR
Transfer to local embassy (possibly Seattle)
ect...

The particulars are: Wife in Alberta, Me in US (State of Oregon) and previously appklied throught FSW, but sent back due to new NOC regulations. Recently married (May) after 8 year courtship. We both are healthy.

and please...don't quote me the average details listed on the websites...I have seen then too much and feel that my app is not average. Maybe we can place bets on when mine and other people's app on this blog, get through the stages.

Thanks all!

If you don't use averages what would you use?  Unless you have a twin brother who is marrying a twin sister and you and your brother went to the same schools, worked at the same jobs, and lived at the same address for all your lives, and you got the same IO, then you could do an exact comparison, otherwise its averages.

ha ha you're kidding, right?!
How do we tell how fast your wife application would be approved or not? We are not CIC, man.
Based on the average and hope your application be approved earlier than the estimates. Some cases even go beyond the time line and it happens to people here.

Under average or above average? The answer for your case is TIME and it is certainly not up to us to tell you how fast or how slow yours could be.

Good luck!

P/s: To be honest, I still think it is hilarious that you asked that question haha

And that blog would be???

Sorry since we are not psychic, your best bet is to rely on what the AVERAGE wait time is. It typically takes one month to be approved as a sponsor.

Eric, it's unhealthy to focus so much energy on your application.  You still have some months to wait.  Best thing to do, forget you even applied and go have fun in the sun and then it will be a pleasant surprise whenever you hear from immigration.
