My grandmother was from canada orginally, and move to the US when she married my grandfather, we still have family up in nova scotia.

I have been trying to find a way to move up to canada, I have friends and family there and right now not much to keep me here in the states except some family, who would only be 8 hours away if I wanted to visit.

I don't have the grades to apply to a school and I don't know any trades to be a skilled worker.

My friends would sponsor me, but we are not sure how that option would work.  We were talking and I mentioned about my grandmother being from canada, but we havn't been able to find any information about how far bck it would count if I would be able to apply for a citizenship because of it or not...

Excuse me?  That made no sense and I do not see how that relates to what I stated in my original post.

It's a spammer. Ignore what they wrote. I have reported them to the moderator.

Friends can't sponsor you.

I'm not familiar enough with the citizenship rules to comment on the rest. Hopefully someone else will.
