I am permanent resident in Canada but I am moving to Canada in January.
I am a registered nurse from India with more than 3 year clinical experience, and I was in Australia for 3 years on student visa.
I worked as a registered nurse assistant in Australia for 2.5years in an aged care.
will I get any benefits on my previous experience which I have.
Is that easy to get a job in nursing filed as a personal carer or nursing assistant.
Can anybody help me out please.

If you are already a Canadian PR with Nursing  profession, I hope finding a job would be easier. Getting the benefits for your mentioned qualifications depends up on the employer's consideration. I don't  think some one else could say 'yes' or 'No'.

Wilson reply is excellent.

In addition,
Obtaining a job as Nurse is very easy but you need to have a registration with nursing college or registration regulatory body in the province where you are landing and you have to pass The Canadian Registered Nurse Exam (CRNE). Your experience will help you in practical.
If you are landing in Ontario check the link for registration as well other provinces.

Thanks for your help guys. I appreciated this.
I know that If I want to be a nurse in Canada, I have to pass CRNE and I have to meet criteria of relating regulatory body but I just want to confirm that:

*I have diploma in Community services Work (studied in Australia) and I will continue my study in Community filed but I just want to work part time in nursing fields.
*Is there any chances to get a job like nursing assistant, personal care assistant or nursing aides as I did in Australia for 2.5 years.
please help me out.

Hi, tanus

Yes you can work as nurse assistant, personal care worker or community services worker, medical office assistant or medical clinic receptionist job also you can. However, these all position required diploma or certificate in the same field.  Which you have done already.
Check these recruiters and job fairs:

Good luck. Smiley
