Hi

My husband has applied for PR..and it is in 2nd stage..as they have asked to IELTS and and send the reqd docs again..my husband is currently working for a IT co which gives does software application for Insurance company's..my husband is working as Business Analyst..so how easy it is to get a job in canada before moving there...please suggest your views..please suggest the prompt location and sites to get job for IT sector

It's going to be pretty difficult to secure a job before you arrive. Most employers prefer candidates who are already in Canada and who they can interview in person.

You can try searching for jobs on sites such as monster.ca and the Canadian Job Bank.

very difficult. as no one knows when he'll get his PR. employers here expect people to start right away. exceptions apply to very specialized skill sets. I assume that BA in insurance does not fall into this category as the insurance industry - at least in GTA - recently went through some lay-off rounds. nonetheless, he should try out and send out resumes to potential companies as there's a lot of uncertainty and luck involved when it comes to job hunting...
