Anybody recently got any mail from CHC New Delhi?  Do they use regular mail or registered mail to communicate/send letters?

Thanks for your reply in advance.

I recieved it by a normal/regular mail (end of June-08), if its just communication for additional documents etc.

But they sent the Passport through India Speed Post.

Hi,

I saw a post stating that one person got a medical and passport request together from CHC New Delhi.

Usually, CHC New Delhi may keep the passport from 3 weeks upto 6 weeks. But there are rare cases going beyond that.

Does New Delhi CHC allow getting the passports stamped in person because I travel across border very frequently and connot afford to get my passport blocked for 6 weeks.
