 Hey Folks ,
I am almost ready to send my wife's application to Mississauga but i am a little bit confused, in fact i organised my application in 2 packets , the firt one is THE SPONSORSHIP APPLICATION  that includes the forms i filled and the documents requested , and THE APPLICATION FOR PERMANENT RESIDENCE which contains the immigration forms and the documents my wife sent to me .
I am confused because on the CIC website i see : Part 1 :the sponsorship application, part 2 : the permanent residence application and part 3: the region specific forms
I therefore wonder if the sponsorship application must contain immigration forms as well , because i put all my wife's immigration forms in the permanent residence application and i followed the country specific instructions to fill those immigration forms so,
-how many packets should i send? 2  right? ( 1 for the sponsrship application and 1 for the permanent residence application right?) MUST the sponsorhip application contain immigration forms as well?
-should i just put all of them together even if i have 2 checklists to follow?
Thanks for clarifying this point for me!

Yes it is all so confusing! You are not the only one who found this!
I put the sponsor app and documents in one envelope. Wife's PR app, documents (including region specific) in
another envelope. Labelled both with list of contents, and put both of those envelopes in a larger envelope.
That is how we did it, based on suggestions on this forum, I am sure you will have much advice coming your way! Good Luck!

I put everything in order of what they asked, but separated the sections. I put all of the papers they requested from the "sponsor" section in one pile. Then I put all of the papers they requested for the sponsored person in another pile. Then the country specific forms I put in another, and finally all proofs and pictures and emails (things that make the relationship seem genuine) in another pile. I separated the piles by those big paper-clip things and put everything in one envelope.

I think as long as you have everything that they want in the envelope in some kind of order, you'll be fine.

Good luck!

Three folders, one for me(sponsor), one for her, and another with supporting evidence.
And another full of money... just kidding!
Good luck!
