My husband is Mexican. I am American. We would like to apply for Canadian immigration very soon, but don't know if there are any special forms to fill out, and which country to submit the forms to. Please help???

Who is the principle applicant, then that is where the application goes.  If your spouse has status in the US (was admitted for a year) then if he is the principle applicant then it goes to Buffalo as well.

All the forms are at www.cic.gc.ca skilled worker.  Take the assessment to see if you qualify.
