How do I pay the Right of Perm Res Fee?

I received a letter from Buffalo office that I must pay a Right of Permanent Resident Fee of $490. The letter doesn't say where to mail the money order. Buffalo? Mississauga? I work around the corner from the Buffalo office, can I just run it in? Help!

Money order or bank draft. Also online.
