I mailed my application with receipt. I checked the DHL, it has been received by JUSTIN in Halix.

I paid by credit card online, so there is no concept about encashed.

So when can I get the acknowlegement of my application? I searched forum, it looks will take one and half month or so.

But how long will the acknowlegement been issued?

Where are you now. I didn't know you can pay online.
You won't know until the AOR is issued.
It can take up to 60days for them to turn it around (as i read on this forum).

I am not an expert at Canadian Immigration. The CIC website is a great (if not the greatest) resource for Canadian Immigration. Also see http://www.canadavisa.com/canada-immigration-discussion-board/common-questions-t13225.0.html

Your application is coming back.  You really should read the instructions about paying on line. http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/information/fees/index.asp

Note: If you are a federal skilled worker applicant, no matter where you are applying from, you must pay by certified cheque, bank draft or money order made payable to the “Receiver General for Canada.” Payment must be in Canadian funds only. Do not enclose cash. You must send payment to the Centralized Intake Office in Sydney, Nova Scotia, Canada. See the application guide for more details.

You cannot pay online if you are applying under the Canadian Experience Class. Find out how to pay when you mail your application.

I just followed the EG7.pdf.

http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/information/applications/guides/EG75.asp

They said you may pay by certified cheque, bank draft.

All applicants need to complete the Fee Payment Form – Application for Permanent Residence – Federal Skilled Worker (IMM 5620), regardless of the chosen method of payment." :)

Your application is coming back. It was returned to me several days ago after about two months from the day I had it sent out.

And they will verify your application and tell you where need fix. You also can contact one address to get refund.

Not sure whether the contact will be the same for you.

Mine is HPM Production Jean Edmonds Tower, North 300 Slater St. 4th Floor Ottawa, ON K1A 1L1 Canada. Fax: (613) 952-6399
