Hello,
I have recieved the initial approval by CIO over my application. now they intend to fwd it to visa office. so they have asked me to do ne further correspondence with the Visa office now. I wanna know how can I contact visa office from now on.
look fwd to early responses.

Which visa office?.
You don't need to contact the visa office now. The visa office will contact you with AOR.

OMM according to ths link the visa office for pakistanis is in islamabad but from 2010/2011 the visa office for pakistanis applying under federal skiiler worker in in london...this information is for newcomers for not to go misleaded.

I know it's london CHC for pakistan (that you have to know about your CHC very well then us/others).
I guess you dont read this :

*Please note that economic class (Federal and Quebec Skilled Worker, Entrepreneur, Self Employed, Investor, and Provincial Nominee) applications from citizens or residents of Pakistan are processed in London


please visit back that link and see there are all countries CHC list.
find out London CHC contact details there.
