If you have a file number ( find out at 1st AOR ), go to

https://services3.cic.gc.ca/ecas/authenticate.do?app=ecas

Fill the info

Identification type - Client ID number or Immigration file number
and your personal data accordingly

Description of File number
Identification Number
Each identification type will have its own unique identification number. To find this number on your correspondence or official document(s), refer to the identification type below for assistance in locating the identification number.

Client ID Number
You will find this number on official documents issued to you from a Citizenship and Immigration Canada office, Case Processing Centre or visa office where you submitted your application. Your "Client ID Number" has four numbers, a dash (-), and four more numbers. (Example: 0000-0000).

Immigration File Number
You will find this number on any official document issued to you from the visa office where you submitted your application. Your "Immigration File Number" starts with the letter "B", and is followed by nine numbers. (Example: B000000000).
P.s some post 26 june applicants' file number started with E xxxxxxxxxxxx.
