HI,
I would like to know if there is any one out there whos was sent back from Canada and then they re applied for immigration and were successful. We lost our refugee case due to lack of evidence. Were sent back by to our home country. The RCMP officer said that we can re apply after a year.Me and my husband both hold 16 and 17 years of education respectively.Good track record in Canada .ran a successful business for 5 years and no criminal record.I have a Canadian born daughter . Would like to know that what do we need to do in order to make our application successful. My husband qualifies for one of professions listed in the new professional list under the skilled worker category .
