Hello, I am a computer science engineer with 9 years of experience and 8 microsoft certifications, I am an expert on .NET languages, and also as architect software designer, etc.

I would like to know how can I get a PNP sponsorship for BC or any other provincee.

Please help me.

Thank you very much

Look for an employer to sponsor you.
If you have managerial experience you could try FSW and if you know French you could try QSW.

Unless you are ready to invest a few hundred thousands $ or got a master's degree from a BC university in natural sciences, you will need a permanent job offer in NOCs A, O or B

You seem very experienced so you should try FSW if you don't have a job offer

The OP would need a job offer for PNP or for FSW as computer engineers and software developers are not on the list of accepted occupations to apply without a job offer.

Is it truth that after 9 months working in BC on a work permit, you dont need AEO, but only employer letter with job offer to apply for BC PNP?

Only in certain occupations.  That is a pilot project set to end in August, 2011.
