   My friend in canada wants to get a Visa for me. I am a Pakistani Resident. Please tell me How can my friend get a Visa for me?

You friend can't apply or get a visa for you. You have to do it. Your friend can send you an invitation or a statement of undertaking. At your end you must show proof that you have the financial means do do the visit, have ties with your current country of residence.
