Every member is contributing according to their capacity.
Some one started addressing seniors and several others also repeat the same may be due to their respect and affection.
Why not address "VIP Member" or Champion Member when some one need to ask special opinions of "Seniors"!!!
It is only my suggestion. I don't have much technical know-how.
