Hello everyone!

I need help and advice regarding the PR application. When I did the self-assessment test on CIC website, I acquire 71 point as follow:
1. Education: 25 (I have 4-year Bachelor degree from a Canadian University, and 1-year Master degree from United States)
2. Language Ability: 16 (I scored all 7 in each category of IELTS test)
3. Work Experience: 0 (I don't have 1-year continuous work experience)
4. Age: 10 (I am 24 years old)
5. Arranged Employment: 10 (I recently got a full-time job offer in Canada, and have my post-grad work permit valid until 24 July 2010)
6. Adaptability: 10 (I came to Canada in 2003, graduated from Canadian University, worked in Canada)
Total Score: 71

The problem is that I don't have "1-year continuous work experience". I have a total of 16.5 months full-time employment but not continuously:
NOC 0631 - 1 month paid full-time
NOC 6242 – 145.6 hours paid part-time = 3.6 week full-time
NOC 1111 - 8 months paid full-time
NOC 1221 - 1.5 months paid full-time
NOC 5211 – 219.25 hours paid part-time
NOC 1112 - 4 months paid full-time = 5.4 week full time
Total: 16.5 months full time

My new employment as Restaurant Manager (NOC 0631) just started this month, and my post-grad work visa is expired in 24 July 2010. So, again I will not have 1-year continuous work experience with my new job, unless my employer is willing to sponsor me or extend my work visa.

Is there anything I can do to apply for PR now? I would like to hear any suggestions and advices. Thank you very much for you help!
