hi Mr. David

Me, my wife & 2 kids r Canadian national. My question is this
"when I was residing in Canada as a landed immigrant, during that time my wife got pregnent & doctor told my wife that u have twins. What happen during pregnency my wife travelled to her parents to delivered babies due to some pregnency complications. At that time my financial condition was not good, so we decided to left our babies to my in laws. She delivered the babies in Kuwait because they were resides in Kuwait & now they move back to Pakistan. Now my in laws are getting very old & they r not able to handle them. Another thing I did't mentioned Canadian immigration about the birth of new born babies & even not mentioned when I applied for our Canadian citizenship. My daughters r four years old. Now Plz. help me what is the solution & what we can do to apply for Canadian citizenship or immigration of my babies. Could u plz. handle this case. I will pay ur fees."

Thanks & Regards

1.  You are going to have to sponsor the children as PR first.
2.  Once they are PR in Canada then you can apply for citizenship without having 3 years residence as long as one of the parents is a Canadian citizen.
