HOW ARE PASSPORT SENT BACK BY CHC N.DELHI

Dear Senior Members,
Please can anyone tell me how does CHC N.Delhi sends the passports back.
By REGISTERED POST or some other means like Courier.
I had read in someones post that the Principal applicant can only recieve the passports.

Passports are sent back by registered post.
