Hi,

Please give your kind/expertised advice about below case:

I received back my application & docs due to "NOT Eligible" status(CAP reached).  Sad

  1. Can I re-apply under another NOC which I have both academic & work experience during last 10 years?
  2. How does CIC keep records of not eligible applicants?

You can apply under another NOC in which you have academic and work experience. CIC will look into the job duties.

Hi wkg,

may i know, under which NOC you applied ? ...

and yes you can apply next year if you have NOC listed, your application is back due to CAP reached not because you are not qualified.
if you have hire any agent then please ask him to follow up your case for next year.
