Hi,

We are planning to land in Toronto end of September.
We've spent days searching on internet for 2 bedroom apartment to rent from Mississauga to Toronto.
Now we found nice apartments in Etobicoke close to LAKESHORE.

Can someone tell me some more info about living in Etobicoke?
Is it a safe place for family with children?
Would you recomend this ward?

Also one general question.
I can see that in majority of apartments rent includes: water, heating and hydro is sometimes in sometime not.
What is average monthly bill for hydra (electricity) for 2 bedroom apartment.

Thank you,
/Hrc

Whole Mississauga is safe to live. Why etobicoke? Are you going to work in Toronto?

Yes I'm planning to work in Toronto and then Etobicoke is closer then Mississauga.
To be honest when we are searching for apartment we are also checking the elementary schools in the neighbourhood.
Problem is when you find the proper school (better scored) it is not easy to find the apartment in the same ward.

Don't see the ranking of schools that's also what I did before coming spend hours on this thing but finally can't get anything where I wanted. All schools are good only thing you have to see what type of people living in that areas. If you want your childrens to raise in your own communities then search home in that areas.
