Hi Everyone,

I am a US H1B holder, I became landed immigrant in April 2008, but came back to US and kept on working and never went back to Canada. Now I am deciding to move permanently to Canada end of February, 2011.

I would like to know am I still eligible to bring my Household Items from the list that I had submitted to immigration while taking landing in Windsor through Road. Can somebody please let me know or guide me to an expert as this question is worring me. I am not sure about the time span we get to bring our personal stuff duty free to Canada.

Kindly let me know and your advice would be highly appreciated.

Was all this "personal stuff" detailed on a goods to follow list?

I recently read a post here stating there was no time limit.
