Dear Landed PPL,

can anyone advice me where to rent a 1 bed room apt in toronto which is feasible interms of bus/train/shop & all other amenities?

Pls suggest me for the avg facilities/rent also.......

Basement apartment would be starting from $ 650 ( month to month basis)
Condo starting from $ 850  ( 6 months - 1 year lease )
Car parking add $ 40-75 pm

Try Don Mills area.. near subway... Parkway Forest, Graydon Hall etc... Rent ~850-900 including utilities...
