Hello everybody

Lets share your information about the hotels you are planning or already resided there when you were in Damascus!

again i realized that there is no place here to share information about hotels in damascu which are close to embassy or at least ones which are qualified to reside in during our interview or visa proceessing tasks.

actually many friends of mine have suffered from BAD hotels which you can see good pictures in their website but the qualities and services were dissaster!

Lets start from myself
I am planning to go to Damascus on 6th December to 9th December.

These are in my list until now:

Bluetower : 120 Euro + 13% Tax!!! to me it was a little bit expensive!!! its a price i paid for a hotel in Switzerland-Italy boarder last summer!!!
Semiramis Waiting for their quotation
Four seasons Waiting for their quotation

please share more mon amies ...

Cordialement

Hotel Cham : I visited there ... a real good 5 star hotel if you are intending to be in city center with a very good and famous club downside of it.
price: 168 Euro

Entrance for the club: 1500 Syrian Lira

Hotel Fares:

If you are thinking about a hotel with a very reasonable price, i rank it 3 star hotel you can have it here with around 70$ per night here breakfast: 8$ it has a restaurant there with 2 star

A good restaurant: ALKAMAL

I had such a delicious meal it is a little upper than the square named Al-sahat yusef al-azmeh

Bonne chance and have a nice trip

Best

I stayed in Semiramis, the Victoria Bridge one, couple of times... once a week long. It was fantastic! Though I've no clue how much my office used to pay, but the cuisine, ambience, service... & especially Orzal - the rooftop restaurant rocks!

During my days there used to be a FO Supervisor - Mr. Nadeem Ahmad Jibrail (the only [proper] English speaking guy), I had filed-in an appreciation letter for him as well. The staff of this property used to be superbly friendly, I hope they still are.

I'd recommend this hotel - hands down - to anyone - anytime...
