Write a letter explaining the theft of the camera and how it was stolen and that's why you don't have pictures.  Get letters from somebody who was at your wedding and can describe the ceremony.  Did anybody else who was at your wedding have a camera?  If yes, get their pictures.  Send other pictures of you toghether.  Send proofs of stuff you have done together, trips etc. ticket stubs if you have any, receipts if you have any etc.  Send proof of joint bank account, joint lease and or joint utility bills.  Send phone records to show how much you call each other etc. etc.
