 @ Eric69: You really need to ask your consultant/agent more questions.How did he/she post the package? through regular mail or courier? and I hope you recover your fee in full from Him/her.You don't need this kind of incompetence.Moreover, you can do it yourself.If You want to respply come July, start now to gather your documents and keep them ready.As soon as the CAP is reset, God willing 3152 is still on, then you post it.Even as early as 28 June.Mine was recieved by G.Miller, unfortunately it did'nt meet the CAP.Once there's life, there's hope.We will all make it if we persevere.

thank you very much for the reply. it was sent through canada post. he said that the bankdraft was not encashed yet. i really hope it will be returned to me since my original ielts result is included in the lost package. he is my representative, so he is the only one authorized to receive any information from cio. well, i have to email him right now. thanks again. god bless!

well i assume that i didnt reached the cap since as i tracked the receipt it was sent on july 22 and must be recieve july 28, 2011. however, there is no indication that it was indeed recieve since as stated nobody recieve my package. what a bad joke for me..

hi, anybody here who received their package back? i asked my agent and told me that it still hasn't returned. i'm worried since i cant track down m y package. i emailed DHL several times but until now they do not have an answer.worried that it didnt reached the CIO and worried that it was lost. i submitted the docs last aug, my friend from london got his package back last dec.

hi net, I already received my application package on February 03, 2012. I emailed them in November of 2011 and they said that my app was returned on November 10, 2011 due to cap reached, so it took almost 3 months when I received my application package.

Did you already emailed them asking the status of your application? if not, email them right away so you'll have an idea of the date when they returned your app. hopefully you receive ur app soon. take care.

hi mack, so it takes that long before an application kit arrives from sydney.. i have a friend, she got NER letter today due to lack of education points, so she has an option to go for another ielts and try to get a higher score to reach 67...but then if it takes this long for docs to arrive here sa Pinas, there it means a really tight sched for her to beat the June 30 deadline?

hi friends don't be a pray to consultants,
as far as i know these people, in case of refusal of application, get ur application back, get dd cancelled and use your money for few months depending upon how aware/eager you are, then pay back your fees money after undue deductions.
moreover most of the agents are also student visa consultants/ tourist visa consultants, they can also use your money to fetch someone study or tourist permit by showing it in their account/ guarantor's account.
also these people are related with finance firms at least they use interest on your money because most of the clients do not check when their dd was cancelled they simply collect cheque /cash from agents.

In nutshell being consultant is pure business for rare people this how these organizations operate.
