It seems you're in a sad situation.  Act on it, hire a lawyer and file a Judicial Review, you might run out of time because there is a prescribe period for you to appeal it.

Anyways,  we are done with everything upto medicals and they received it already.  We are just waiting for the passport request.  Hopefully, it's smooth sailing this time.

I just fight for what I believe is right and true enough I am right, though this cost me a substantial amount of money but the result outweigh the cost.  Sad to say, I wasn't able to claim damages or recover my legal expenses.

This only proves that visa officers are not always right on their decision.  They are just humans who are prone to commit mistakes.
