Home business on a TRV?

Im just wondering...i know on a TRV solely, one would not be eligible to work (unless you had a work permit).

Would starting your own home business in Canada be allowed solely on a TRV? I assume this would be classified as working somewhat, but just want to check, if its self-employment, does that make a difference?

You would still need a work permit.   work is work.
