Hey I was going to plan a surprise trip for my boyriend so he can go to his best friends wedding. My boyfriend has a years working visa. I was wondering whether he can go and visit England and come back within his year?

Assuming he is visitor visa exempt, then he can.

Yes, he can, I left Canada during working holiday visa and had no problem coming back at all.

Hello!
I was on a one-year working visa in BC last year and travelled to Europe and back twice! It shouldn't be a problem.
