Hi guys,
Just checked the processing times for FSW PRs,

The Centralized Intake Office in Sydney, Nova Scotia, is currently working on applications received up to June 25, 2010.

http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/information/times/international/02b-skilled-fed.asp

The wait will be over soon.

Just wondering, what will happen to applications without full documentation recieved on or after June 26, 2010. Will they be returned?

If they have already opened up the application for eligibility, does the processing time updates indicate the actual processing of the applications, if so does that mean the file number is issued at this time. Also, how long would it take for CIC to return the application if found ineligible? Do they return using courier or ordinary post.

Thanks

Hi nitroxn,

Yes i guess so. People who have applied post 26/6, should get an AOR in less than 2 weeks i think. Looks like they do not spend much for couriering back the applications. It's by ordinary Post Sad atleast for that guy whose application was returned.

Thanks,

Indira Prabhakaran.
