Hi LePrice, you have to provide each of your staff a copy of their employment contract and LMO. These are the only two documents from your side that they'll need. The other list of documents and forms they can download from the website of the Canadian Embassy in Manila:
http://manila.gc.caThere is a waiting time of 5 months after they've submitted their documents to the Embassy. They will have to pay $150 or P6,300 for the visa application and then P4,000 for the medical examination. All of these instructions are in the website. Tell them to make sure that their documents are complete because mistakes are costly. Incomplete applications are returned and P320 courier fee is charged every time.
Dear BC Guy:
I finally received my approved/positive LMO for three staff (NOC 6641) from Service Canada. It took some time since I did the application myself and had to go through tough scrutiny from the Foreign Worker Specialist. What is the process from this point? I know I'll have to submit some documents to the POLO Office in Vancouver but what do my staff in the Philippines have to do? Please advise.
