hiring family as nanny

I am just going to throw this question out here,my wife 's visa is done and she'll be here in a few weeks,I am wondering how realistic hiring one of her sisters as a live in nanny would be? I am sure there is a long process but has anyone tried this?

People have tried, but not many are successful in employing family as LCP
