Higher non school Education or courses

Dear all,
In schedule1 form, education section, they inquire "from - to". I'm a doctor who got a fellowship of the Royal College of Surgeons, UK. The problem with the Fellowship or even with Master, PHD or similar level studies that you don't have "from", i.e. no begining you can PROVE. It is doesn't have a specific start date; you don't attend lectures, you have certain tests which you have to pass; and you try many times till you pass. This applys for both the primary and the second parts of the fellowship.
