im confused about the new qualifications of CEC.i already earned 2 yrs experience as skilled worker im only high school grad in the philippines,when i read the new document checklist secondary education is not stated there anymore.so im wondering if im still qualified to go under CEC. i need an answer pls!!!!

The "education documents" requested in the new document checklist are only for education in Canada, and are intended (I think) for those applying under the post-graduate stream.  If you did not obtain any higher education in Canada, you would be the same as 80-90% (just guessing) of CEC applicants in the foreign worker stream. 

So now there is no difference (in terms of education qualifications for CEC) between you and me.
