High Blood Pressure Result
«
on:
October 15, 2009, 10:23:35 am »
Hello,
I did my medical today and my blood pressure was high 147/92.
The doctor sent me to a clinic to be fitted with a blood pressure monitor which I must wear for 24 hours.
It takes a reading every 20 minutes during the day and every 1 hour at night.
I looked at the monitor recently as it ran through the test sequence.
At the end of the sequence it showed three figures,135. 83. 75.
Can anyone tell me if this means the pressure is lower than this morning.

Best way is to relax.
Good sound sleep, soothing music, may be a good massage can help

for male: 130 / 90 is normal...
just think of all good stuffs... and that will save you from shooting up BPs...
owww... if you can take maintenance doses for hypertensive...
it might as well help too... hihi!
that's what my brother did before...
he was saved from high BP

I had my Blood Pressure Monitor removed today at noon and the results came back as normal. What a relief, on high pressure.
The Doctor told me that I probably suffer from what they call " White Coat Syndrome "
I always knew I was afraid of Dentists in White Coats but not Doctors. Anyway its a new one on me, you learn something new every day.

Celebrating now with my Wife and a nice bottle of wine.
