hide privious application - help please.

As refugee calimant, My application has been refused once and I applied again. in second application, i stated i never applied before. if they find out, what should i do? help please?
the reason I hide my first application, because I have been told that once you refused as refugee, you cannont apply again.
finally the reason we rejected, is not because of military offence, criminal activity, politician or any seriouse issue. it apply to everbody, "you can't establish successfully"

you should not have done that. They have all of your application history online and they can access that anytime. Being dishonest may cause your application to fail. Sorry about that!

when it says "you can't establish successfully", you can elaborate it as:
- Education background
- Financial situation
- Job experience
- Expertise
- Language skills

If you are unable to satisfy the Visa Officer with the above......then probably your application will be denied.

actually we were not aware of this point that CIC check the previous records. to bring our case in this stage, we worked really very hard. it took us 4 years to find sponsors in canada. is thier any solution at this stage. e.g. disclosing this information prior to interview, etc. if we disclose, what will happen?

Integrity is very crucial when applying to sponsor or anything like that with the Canadian Government and of course in everything else in society. There is no solution for being dishonest. Sorry!

We have bee advised this way. The person who introduced him expert,  he advised us to hide it, otherwise there is no second chance for refugee case. I agree with you on integrity and believe on it. If we were aware from this forum, we might not make such mistake. Thanks for good advise.

yes,You got yourself a 2 year ban for matieral misrepresentation.Even at Provincial level We keep all previous applications online,Good luck when you apply 2 years from now,They can use that time to study english or french
