please let me know what does a translated document looks like..

and can anyone translate the document and notarize it later taking to a lawyer.

1.  It is a copy of the original document with an original translated copy attached and notarized by a "certified translator" .  The translator certifies it, it doesn't have to be notarized by a lawyer.
