I have a job offer in edmonton as manager.
45000 /per annum .
is that sufficient for a family of 5.
I am otherwise a doctor (GP) practising for the last 25 years in Delhi.
How is Edmonton? safety, education etc.

1. The designation & the salary isn't in sync.
2. The amount is perfectly fine though for settling down.
3. Edmonton,
    a) though small compared to the other more prominent cities, is pretty promising.
    b) it's a tad colder than others - the winter is uncomfortable, but manageable.
    c) Safety, edn, cultural-diversity, social-circle etc. r all Ok... it's the capital of Alberta.
    d) But the big-5 cities r more vibrant.
    e) A sr. member of this forum [Leon] resides there. U should touch-base with him asap.

U shouldn't look @ any other place for the simple fact that u have a ready job upon landing.
GO FOR IT !

How did you get the AEO? did you applied rendomly or did you get services from any specific recruitment agency? Please share your process to get AEO this might be very important for most of us.

Cannot be opined. Your VO'd open your file on 25/1/2012 [I think u meant 2012]... 'work' on it, then s/he may ask u for addnl docs, or place another BF'D, or send it for IMM1017 [meds] - all depends on the completion of your b/ground checks.
