my dmp have sent my medials after the 45 days , whereas CHC has given me 45 days to send my medical result.I have undergone the medical within 45 days but dmp delayed it. will it cause any negative impact on my case

shouldn't be a problem as the date of medical will be on results.

One has to take appointment from DMP within 45 days.You done do, so u are fine.
