Hi PPM

My CEC application is under process. My IELTS over all score is 6.

Is it OK, if I appear for IELTS again nw for better score and send the new result to CIC ??

Please advise.

I would say please go and get 7 if you NOC is in skill level 0 or A.

It is unlikely they will consider a new IELTS score - you are supposed to qualify at the time you submit your application.  But if your application is returned, you'll re-apply, right?  So it won't hurt to take the exam again...

Dear Jes_on / PMM,

While applying PR under CEC I had scored only 6.0
And I appeared for IELTS another time for some other purpose, that is after applying PR application during that time I got overall band score 6.5.

Following are the splitup

Listening 6.0
Reading 6.5
Writing 6.0
Speaking 7.5

And Im still having the actual test result with me, Can I reapply with this score ?
Please advice!!!
