i am chandi from sri lanka,,,,i am a cardio thoracic nurse currently working in the government hospital//

any way i want to apply for a skilled worker category,,but i know that ,at first i want to apply for a license in alberta and they are looking IELTS up to 6.5 overall and 7 for speaking,,,it is very hard in here to get 7ponts
,,
do you know any other way to get PR more quickly?
are there any demand for the registered nurses?
could any one help me to get a job offer from canada please?
