elsam 3likom,
please i want to ask about pr card renewal,
my husband have the pr for along time but we have problem,
his father applied to canada as investor and give the pr for all his family, but he didn`t open project in canada,
now my husabnd for two year applied to renewal his pr and nothing they didn`t give him nwe one and always said the paper whith the manager, i want to ask
he applied for me as spounser is his problem delay my process.

If the father applied as an investor and did not fulfill his requirements, it is possible that the whole family could lose their PR because of him. Unfortunately, there is nothing much you can do about it.

He can enter his application number on the CIC website to see his eCas or he can make an appointment and talk to his member of parliament to inquire about his case.

mr leon, please i want to ask how we can know our MP, my husband in halifax who we can ask to know our mp, second my husband didn`t take his pr untill know can he leave canada and if it renewal his father take it, or if he leave without it and he want to come back can he use atravel document, and there`s any risk to leave canada without pr and use travel document, sorry my qustion so long but i hope you can answer me thank you. |

He can find his MP by entering his postal code here: http://www.parl.gc.ca/Parlinfo/Compilations/HouseOfCommons/MemberByPostalCode.aspx?Menu=HOCIt is not safe for him to leave if he wants to keep his PR. It is not certain that he will be issued a travel document because of the unfulfilled conditions on his fathers PR. |

for all of you guys update i still didn't get anything from cic after my interview i think on 05.03.2012 so let's see i am hopeful but as we all know you never know what will happen and will definitely update all of you if something comes up  |

no news guys its being more than 3 months now since 3 may 2012.
but i am go to sent documents for renewal on 08.25.2012 as its going to be 2 yrs. so let's see.
and again today they ( cic Islamabad office) asked for my original marriage certificate (nikkah nama).
i am confused but still hopeful.
i might be late in my replies but that's a promise to all of you that i will keep you guys updated.
and hopefully God help all of us.

hi to all of you
i have a good news. i got a letter from cic that my pr status is not taken away and i got it back on humanitarian basis.
and they also send the details to Islamabad visa office i am going to apply for renewal now within a week i am so happy.
thanks to all of you for your support.
the fun fact is i talked to Leon.3 yrs. back from Pakistan through the same forum. and he advised me to come back to Canada and fix your status first. it was a really tough decision to leave my son and come here but once i took that decision. with the grace of God everything went well.
and today i have a good job, my own house and a car. and now PR as well lol. so never loose hope if i can do it alone being a female n a mother anyone can do it. best of luck to all of you.

I am so happy to hear that it all worked out for you. So I suppose they looked at the factors that you could not leave your young child by himself before and that you are now well settled in Canada?
Now that you meet the residency requirements again, you can apply for a new PR card too.
