If you want to send via a courier or a faster option, that's up to you. They would certainly get it sooner but I don't know how it would affect how much longer you have to wait for PPR.

As far as the rest of your question/s, I have no idea what you're asking.

There's another member here - her name is patopato - who I know has sponsored her Tunisian husband. She actually just got the PPR, so you might want to contact her.

Like I've said before, there are a few things you should do to help your situation right now:

1.) Stop freaking out so much and putting high expectations on how much longer your will have to wait for Paris to issue you the visa. I understand it must be incredibly difficult to not be with your wife when she is pregnant and about to give birth, but it would be very unlikely that you will get to Canada in time for the birth, from what you said about how far along she is in her pregnancy. You need to make peace with that, focus on what you CAN do instead of what you can't, and settle in for however long Paris makes you wait.

2.) Send the doctor's note about the pregnancy to the visa office, maybe a copy to Mississauga, and have your wife contact her Minister of Parliament's office to tell them about the Family Class sponsorship and the pregnancy. They may or may not be able to do something to make this move faster for you.

3.) Order your GCMS notes.

4.) Think about applying for a temporary visitor's visa while your PR application is at Paris. I don't know about about this, other than you would have to apply through the Tunis office.

If they sent you an initial email just telling you to look out for an interview (i.e., there were no details or instructions in it), you should get another communication from them once they are ready to tell you when and where to go. Make sure you read everything thoroughly that they send you, including this first email. Sorry, but there is just no way to know when your interview will be until they tell you.

You should order GCMS notes now.....even though you might not get them in time (it takes 30 days for the ATIP office to send those right now), if you do get them before you have to go in to the interview, you'll be able to see what the IO wrote about the relationship evidence you provided in your application......and if you don't get the notes until after the interview.....well, then it's still helpful.

Yes, they will tell you if you need to bring anything for the interview, chances are they will just ask for more evidence so continue compiling anything that would serve to convince the IO that your relationship to your sponsor is genuine. You might want to DM patopato to ask her of her husband's experience (I believe he had an interview, but I may be wrong. In any case they went through Paris, and he successfully landed as a PR coming from Tunisia).

Another thing you need to do is to just begin thinking about the questions you'll be asked at the interview. A list of possible questions that someone else has taken the time to compile is here: http://www.canadavisa.com/canada-immigration-discussion-board/-t55861.0.html;msg467474#msg467474. You should be ready to answer any and all of them at the interview (although these are not necessarily the same questions you will be asked), so prepare to discuss the answers with your wife.

You don't contact GCMS. GCMS is documentation you receive. Please read the information in the links I included......carefully. I really can't walk you through every detail. In short, your wife would have to request them on your behalf, pay $5, and you would have to sign one form that gives her consent, since the information pertains to you.
